Biography

David Johan Christer Stenman was born on October 8, 1988 in Smögen and made his IFK Göteborg debut in the 2007 season, which was also the debut season of team mate Tobias Hysén. Stenman was part of IFK Göteborg's youth program before making his debute with the first team, and is as a result of that regarded by the club as a home-grown player. At 19 years, 6 months and 22 days, on May 1, 2008, he took part his first competetive game against Skövde AIK in a Svenska cupen game that ended 2–1. He has spent two seasons with the IFK Göteborgs first team, and during his career he played in 5 first team games. In the 2008 season he had a part in IFK Göteborg winning the Swedish Cup. 34 year old Stenman completed his last season with IFK Göteborg 2008.
