Biography

Hans Lennart Bomb was born on May 10, 1921 in Göteborg and made his IFK Göteborg debut in the 1939/40 season. Bomb was part of IFK Göteborg's youth program before making his debute with the first team, and is as a result of that regarded by the club as a home-grown player. At 19 years, 2 months and 11 days, on July 21, 1940, he took part his first competetive game against IFK Trollhättan in a Kamratmästerskapet game that ended 9–0. He spent two seasons with the IFK Göteborgs first team, and during his career he played in 6 first team games. Bomb passed away in 1996, 75 years old.
