Biography
Harry Irenius Olsson was born on June 17, 1899 in Göteborg and made his IFK Göteborg debut in the 1920 season, which was also the debut season of team mate Gillis Gillås (Andersson). Olsson was part of IFK Göteborg's youth program before making his debute with the first team, and is as a result of that regarded by the club as a home-grown player. At 21 years, 10 months and 27 days, on May 15, 1921, he took part his first competetive game against IFK Eskilstuna in a Svenska serien, div 1 game that ended 0–0. He spent four seasons with the IFK Göteborgs first team, and during his career he played in 28 first team games and scored 1 goals. Olsson passed away in 1978, 79 years old.
