Biography

Stellan Teodor Andersson was born on October 25, 1902 in Göteborg and made his IFK Göteborg debut in the 1922 season, which was also the debut season of team mate Gunnar Johansson. Andersson was part of IFK Göteborg's youth program before making his debute with the first team, and is as a result of that regarded by the club as a home-grown player. At 19 years, 11 months and 13 days, on October 8, 1922, he took part his first competetive game against Helsingborgs IF in a Svenska serien, västra div. game that ended 1–1. He spent two seasons with the IFK Göteborgs first team, and during his career he played in 13 first team games and scored 5 goals. Andersson passed away in 1964, 61 years old.
