Player profile

Overview

Eric Verner Uhlén was born on 12 January 1897 in Göteborg. His IFK Göteborg first-team career began in the 1914 season. He came through IFK Göteborg's youth system before the senior debut and is regarded by the club as a home-grown player. He made his competitive debut on 11 October 1914 against Djurgårdens IF in Svenska Serien, a match that finished 3–7.

He spent 5 seasons with IFK Göteborg's first team and made 15 appearances and scoring 1 goal.

Uhlén died on 3 October 1937, aged 40.

For seasons before 1922, surviving participation records are not always complete. Match and goal totals from that period should therefore be read as the best available documented record.
