Overview
Erik Oskar Börjesson was born on 1 December 1886 in Partille. His IFK Göteborg first-team career began in the 1907 season. He made his competitive debut on 4 August 1907 against IFK Norrköping in Kamrat Championship, a match that finished 11–2.
He spent 14 seasons with IFK Göteborg's first team and made 220 appearances and scoring 291 goals.
Börjesson won the Swedish championship with IFK Göteborg in 1908, 1910 and 1918. Börjesson made 17 senior international appearances for Sweden, scoring 14 goals.
Börjesson died on 17 July 1983, aged 96.
