Summary
On Saturday 2nd of December 1961, in the first, and only game ever between the two teams, IFK Göteborg visited Military Service Saigon XI for a friendly game in Ho Chi Minh-staden. The game, which was refereed by Dat (Vietnam), unfortunately ended in a narrow defeat: 1-2, which also was the score at half time. IFK Göteborg's goal scored by Åke Börjesson.
