Player profile

Overview

John Douglas Krook was born on 1 July 1897 in Partille. His IFK Göteborg first-team career began in the 1916 season. He came through IFK Göteborg's youth system before the senior debut and is regarded by the club as a home-grown player.

He spent 4 seasons with IFK Göteborg's first team and made 5 appearances.

Krook made 21 senior international appearances for Sweden.

Krook died on 3 September 1971, aged 74.

For seasons before 1922, surviving participation records are not always complete. Match and goal totals from that period should therefore be read as the best available documented record.
